Power of Grace (conclusion)
The spiritual leaders in ancient Jerusalem told the assembled people, “Do not be grieved, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” (Neh. 8:12)
Spiritual strength is obtained within the joy supplied to our lives by the Lord. This lesson looks at three strengths supplied by that joy:
- The Lord’s joy broadens the dimensions of our circumstances!
- The joy of the Lord delivers us from a preoccupation with others!
- It also calms our fears about the future!
The purpose of this lesson is to provide believers with an infusion of joy! Our troubled lives and sin sick world make such a common need. To help focus on the strength within the Lord’s joy this lesson will utilize numerous songs. Feel free to sing alone – that really is the best way to recieve your own joy infusion.
