Transformational Love

Left to our own, humanity will always default to “self-love.”  We are, by nature, creatures that will polarize around our own desires and wants.  When that self-love goes unchecked it quickly develops into the characteristics Paul describes in 2 Tim. 3:2-5…”For men will be lovers of self,  lovers of money, arrogant, disobedient to parents, unloving,  irreconcilable,  malicious gossips,  without self-control,  brutal, treacherous,  lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,  holding to a form of godliness,  although they have denied its power;  Avoid such men as these.”

The truth is that we possess nothing by which we can intuitively escape self-love.  We are totally dependant upon an outside source to provide us the knowledge and motivation to transform our love into a more “divine” love.   How can one transcend out of self-love into the divine love which will transform the total human experience?

This lesson lays out three points which prepare one for transformational love.  If you are ready to begin a new kind of loving experience this lesson will prepare the soil of your heart to receive the instructional seed that will grow such a liberating love.
