What Would Jesus Teach – OBEY

In looking at possible messages Jesus would present to modern crowds I have offered two possibilities thus far.  Jesus would teach that people must THINK and use cognitive skills in evaluating spiritual choices.

Once proper thought is initiated Jesus would secondly teach that people need to TRUST Him.  This is more than a mere mental affirmation.  It is a body and soul commitment which permeates every aspect of one’s being.

It is this high level of trust which lays the foundation for the next lesson I see Jesus presenting to the modern hearer.  I think the Savior would move on to the importance of OBEDIENCE.

This lesson looks at three opening observations concerning obedience and introduces some of the direction we will take in the future.
