Praying Like Jesus

Our church family spent the month of October following a daily prayer schedule that had us praying our way across America.  We prayed for states and U.S. territories.  We prayed for special groups of our citizenry.  We mediated on a “prayer passage” and thought about an inspirational “prayer quote.”    It was a great prayer journey! 

We ended our month of prayer with a special Sunday of prayer.  Our adult Bible class took a look at the “Model Prayer” and how Jesus answered the disciple’s request to “teach us to pray.”

After dissecting the Lord’s “prayer blueprint” we spent our worship hour finding out how Jesus prayed.  Enjoy looking at some of the outstanding truths revealed in the life of our praying Savior.
