Bill Hance

Bill Hance is the Prison Minister at the Lincoln Church of Christ in Lincoln, NE.  Bill works in five prisons around the state, Nebraska State Penitentiary, Diagnostic and Evaluation Center,  Lincoln Correctional Center, Tecumseh State Correctional Institution and York Correctional Center for Women.  Bill has ministered to and baptized hundreds of men and women in our prison system and has been a faithful servant of God’s work to prisoners for twenty four years.  Bill is married to Coleen Hance who serves faithfully by Bills side in the prisons.

Becky Fraser

Becky Fraser serves as part-time secretary for the 56th and Vine church.  She has filled this position admirably for over twelve years.  She serves as our receptionist, record keeper, administrator of the LincLink notification system, church contact person, bulletin publisher, and a general “go-to-person” for many other church family tasks.   We are extremely blessed by her spiritual focus and joyful heart.

Kelly Winkler

Kelly Winkler, who formerly served as church secretary, now assumes the responsibilities of church accountant.   She works in conjunction with our treasurers to balance the books, pay bills, disperse payroll, and maintain information relative to the annual budget.   Kelly is the wife of Paul Winker and mother of three children.  We are indebted (yes, that’s a bad pun) to Kelly’s part-time service in this capacity.
